Corporation Toolbox acknowledges that if you were a customer who was sold by a phone sales department you have a 3-day right to rescind on your purchase.  However, you acknowledge that if work has already been started on the entity you requested you would be liable for a percentage of cost incurred on your behalf.  This figure will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

In addition, while we at Corporation Toolbox will go to reasonable efforts to accommodate our customers, mechanical or human error may also occur. Thus, if for any reason your corporation request performed manually, or by online application is unreasonably delayed, or your documents are involuntarily destroyed, misplaced, or otherwise missing, Corporation Toolbox WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR COMPENSATORY DAMAGES. YOUR SOLE REMEDY WITH Corporation Toolbox WILL BE TO AWARD YOU A CREDIT FOR AN ADDITIONAL ENTITY SETUP OF YOUR CHOICE.  THIS AGREEMENT CONSTITUTES A WAIVER OF ANY AND ALL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES AT LAW OR EQUITY.
